Palisades Construction and Development offers three flexible development models to accommodate a variety of client needs:

  1. Outright Purchase of Vacant Lot – Core Construction acquires and develops vacant land into a luxury custom home for sale.

  2. Equity Partnership with Lot Owner – The property owner provides the land, and Core Construction funds the construction costs. Upon sale of the completed home, profits are split based on a pre-agreed equity structure.

  3. Hybrid Partnership with Insurance Reimbursement – The property owner provides the land and any available insurance reimbursement funds, while Core Construction supplies the remaining funds required to complete the build. This allows homeowners to leverage their existing resources while benefiting from Core’s financial and construction expertise.
